Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the depo69 Platform. The Company employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. The Company is not lia ble for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorized by you. All Accounts on the depo69 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once set at registration, the Account currency cannot be changed. All displayed balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are expressed in IDR.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point the Company deems necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. The Company targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes of approval for verified accounts. In practice, most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are completed within this window during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday–Saturday). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours or during public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. The Company cannot guarantee specific processing times due to variables outside its control, including third-party banking system outages.
All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate investigation, potential account suspension, and forfeiture of funds pending the outcome of that investigation.

All sports wagers, including single bets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition as published in the Platform's sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, the Company's interpretation of the applicable rules is final and binding.

In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the outcome of any open bet round is determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account at any time and without prior notice if it determines — at its sole and absolute discretion — that the Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other members.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds must be resolved. Any remaining real-money Balance that is not subject to an active bonus restriction will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which depo69 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within 30 calendar days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the competent arbitral authority of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the Company's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of this agreement that would cause the Company irreparable harm.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to Members via email at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Minor clarifications and editorial corrections may be implemented immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
